Let us help you set your holiday table--the Hampshire Farm is having an end-of-season sale this Thursday, November 21. Stop by the Hampshire Farm CSA Barn between 2-6 pm! You'll find great cuts of beef from our 100% grass-fed beef herd, as well as pork from our heritage pastured pigs, and Hampshire Honey. No need to be a CSA member or to order ahead- just stop by the barn and take your pick! We've got steaks, roasts, beef patties, and stew meat, as well as some special items like briskets, soup bones, marrow bones, and organs. We'll have pork chops and roasts, ribs and sausage, even trotters! Livestock Manager Charlotte will be at the barn to answer any questions you might have and to help you pick out just the right cut for whatever you might be making.

All meat will be available to purchase using cash or check. If you're interested in large amounts of a particular item, or are looking for something specific, feel free to reach out to Charlotte directly at cbsFC@hampshire.edu prior to Thursday.
