Come witness the clock break. Div III works by multidisciplinary Hampshire students, Benin Gardner, Eleanor Crawford, and Daisy Maass, explore layers in time and the logics of body histories. These artists have worked in collaboration and process all year and have created a collective installation experience in the Hampshire Gallery April 1-3, open to students, staff and faculty on Hampshire’s campus, 8 people at a time. In this show, dancing bodies use politics, poetics, biology, history, age, and tradition to sew together a new radical possibility. There is much to see, to feel, and to watch in the absorbent slants and the body timefolds. Through the porosity of these works, another layer emerges.
