Theatre Board—the longest-running elected student body at Hampshire College—is a student-run, faculty-advised organization tasked with the organization, operation, development, and budgeting of all non-academic programming within the Theatre Department. Theatre Board functions as a resource to the Hampshire community, and supports student productions by offering funding, equipment, publicity, and knowledge to all performance on campus.

Serving on Theatre Board requires full commitment to the program and the specific position to which one is elected. Theatre Board operates based on the general guidelines set by the Hampshire Theatre mission statement.

The academic component of Hampshire College Theatre is managed by the theatre faculty; therefore, Theatre Board does not have influence over any student's academic standing.
