...for her production of “Muscle Memory: An Archive,” an interdisciplinary dance show premiering February 2025. Limited positions are available. CEL credit is offered for the duration of the production process.
The show will touch on ideas of corporeality (the state or quality of being corporeal; bodily existence) and embodiment (a tangible or visible form of an idea, quality, or feeling). What does it mean to exist in/as a body? How can/do we see our humanity and its uniqueness reflected in other forms of life/non-life/metaphor? Why do we do what we do? The process of creating this show will be collaborative, intimate, interdisciplinary, changeable, and (at times) arduous, but incredibly rewarding and will change the way you experience life and exist within/as your body.
A key part of the production is the archive which will inform the production at large. If you are interested in being interviewed for this project, please reach out! Note: Subjects will be recorded and audio from interviews will be used in the show. If you'd like your interview to remain anonymous, we can provide such accommodations at your request.
