Do you ever feel like everyone knows what they're doing but you don't? That you got where you are just by luck? Your accomplishments feel lacking despite evidence to the contrary? You may be experiencing imposter syndrome!

Imposter syndrome is persistent feelings of self-doubt that is very common in academic, professional and social circles. People who are experiencing it may feel like they're a fake, or an "imposter", and it is only a matter of time before everyone else figures it out. Join:

this Wednesday, November 7th to learn more about imposter syndrome, and develop strategies to manage it.
