This is a reminder about our upcoming Employee Appreciation Picnic happening on Wednesday, May 22nd. The picnic will take place at the Summit View Pavilion in Holyoke from 4:30pm to 8:00pm. On May 22nd, all employees not deemed essential may work half day. Employees can meet with their supervisor to decide if they will work in the morning or in the afternoon (e.g. 8-12 or 12-4).

The menu will include hor d'oeuvres, ribs, burgers, hot dogs, seasonal veggies, mac and cheese, pasta salad, potato and tossed salads, cookies, fruit, and brownies which will include vegan and gluten free options. We are working with Summit View to provide vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. There will be an open bar for beer, wine, and soda and a cash bar for cocktails. Lemonade, iced tea, and water will be set up at self-serve stations. There will be music and various lawn games for kids and adults but, most importantly, an opportunity to connect socially as a larger community outside of work.
