Columbia University Oral History Masters Program Meet & Greet

Warning message

Hampshire users: Log in for increased access.

Amy Starecheski, Director of the Oral History Master of Arts Program at Columbia University, will be tabling in the library from 10-1 on Friday, February 8.

OHMA is the only program of its kind: a one-year interdisciplinary MA degree training students in oral history method and theory. Through the creation, archiving and analysis of individual and collective histories, we amplify the critical first-person narratives that constitute memory for generations to come.

OHMA alums go on to PhD programs as well as careers in libraries, archives, museums, qualitative research, communications, advocacy, and media.

Stop by and chat with Amy if you want to learn more about this unique program!
