ACTORS AND CREW INFORMATION BELOW
Actors needed for short film next semester
Want to be in a short film? Come audition this week for a comedy mockumentary-style student film! It is a cast of 11 and every role has major moments within the play! It also includes a good amount of improv for those who are experienced. You DON'T need to be good at improv or have improv experience. The mockumentary is about a crew following the first few weeks of students who end up in an over-the-top acting course. If that sounds interesting, come audition!!! Get some film experience and CEL credits!
Plot: A film crew follow a non-theathre student who is forced into an acting college course. All the students are caught off-guard when they realize their acting Professor is unhinged and over-the-top. Actors will make up their characters in-story acting scenes. All actors will be on screen majority of the short film.
Filming Schedule: Filming will take place during February or March (schedule will be made based on actors and crew availability.) No need to stay on campus over winter break!

CREW NEEDED FOR SPRING SEMESTER
Do you have experience working with cameras, sound equipment, lighting equipment, and/or editing (Adobe or DaVinci Resolve) then you should join Flynn's crew! The film is a mockumentary comedy about an over-the-top acting class. It will be shot like shows such as The Office (2005) and Parks and Rec (2009) which allows for people with less experience to join the crew. This will be GREAT hands-on experience that also gives you CEL credits. If you are interested in being apart of the crew, please reach out to Flynn Burris (juam21@hampshire.edu).
Are you interested in producing or co-directing?
If you have any experiences producing, please reach out. If you want to co-direct, also reach out!
High-level experience NOT needed!
