CORC Advising Day Lunch Discussion: Finding Direction in a World of Possibility

Hampshire users: Log in for increased access.

One of the best, and also most challenging aspects of being a Hampshire student is that there are so many options, so many choices, and so many possible directions to take. How do you make sense of it all?

Come join the staff of the Career Options Resource Center on Advising Day, March 28th, for lunch and a productive discussion about finding academic and life direction.  If you find yourself feeling uncertain about what you're doing at Hampshire and where it's all leading, this discussion is for you!

We'll talk about:

  • How to work with having too many interests, or not enough interests
  • How to get the most out of your Hampshire experience even if you're not clear about where it's all going
  • How to think about the relationship between academics and the "real world"
  • How to deal with roadblocks that get in the way of making choices
  • How to navigate internal and external pressures and expectations

You will leave this discussion with concrete ideas about how to move forward and learn more about your unique path.

Interested? Please SIGN UP HERE so we can make sure we have enough food, and that we take your food needs into consideration.

This will be an introvert-friendly discussion!
