Kert Davies (80F) is the founder of the Climate Investigations Center, and a well-known researcher, media spokesperson and climate activist who has been conducting corporate accountability research and campaigns for more than 20 years. His projects include ExxonSecrets, which helped to expose payments to climate denial scientists; and PolluterWatch, a program at Greenpeace which launched the report Koch Industries: Secretly Funding the Climate Denial

Machine.



Charlene D'Avanzo (Hampshire College professor emerita) is a marine ecologist and award-winning environmental educator. She studied the Northeast coast for over 30 years. Her Mara Tucson Maine Oceanography mystery series immerses readers in the science and politics of climate change on Maine's coast. "Cold Blood, Hot Sea," the first installment of the series, is a Foreward Indie Review mystery finalist.
